[1]- First of all open new documents size 400x400 pixel [2] - Now select the Blue color in the Forground color
[3]- Go to Filter>Render>Clouds
[4]- Now press the Ctrl+F many time, as you like.
[5]- Now choose Airplane shape from
[6]- Now create this shape after that select the Pen
[7]- Create a new layer from the layer window
[8]- Now select the Linear Gradient tool
[9]- Fill the color help by the
[10]- Press the Ctrl+J for copy
[11]- Now go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
[12]- Your image should look like this
[13]- Double click on this layer1copy
[14]- Now select the Bevel and Emboss from
[15]- Now your image has been completed. As shown below
