[15] Now add some color press Cnlt+U, to Hue/Saturation
apply the following settings.

[16] Your image should be look like this.

[17] Now make the
copy of Layer 1.

[18] Now go to Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 CW.

[19] Now add some color press Cnlt+U, to Hue/Saturation
apply the following settings.

[20] Your final image should be look like this.
