So, I am writing following steps using which you
can create easily of Sky Effect on your Text.

[1]-First of all open new document of Custom size 400x400 pixels
Resolution 96 and Mode RGB Color as shown below

[2]-Now select these colours for Forground &
Background and fill by the Press Alt+Backspace

[3]-Now select Text Tool
and write words as shown below

[4]-Now select Text Layer and Click on sign 'f '
which is indicating by finger sign as shown below

[5]-Now select Drop Shadow
and apply the following

[6]-Now select Inner Glow
and use the following settings

[7]-Now select Bevel & Emboss
and use the following settings

[8]-Now select Color Overlay
and use the following settings

[9]-Now select Pattern Overlay
and use the following settings

[10]-Now after used the above setting your
Text will be look as shown below

[11]-Now go to Filter>Distort>Spherize
and use the following settings

[12]-Now select Text Layer and Click on sign
'f ' indicating by finger sign as shown below

[13]-Now select Inner Glow
and use the following setting

[14]-Finally, all settings have been completed
and your Text will be look as shown below
